Lot rent is $305 per month for two occupants or less. There is a $30 charge per additional occupant. Subject to change. Please reach out to confirm current amount.
No pets are allowed unless the tenant submits a written request and the landlord grants written approval. Only small indoor dogs (under 15 pounds, with breed restrictions) or cats may be approved. If allowed, rent increases by $30 per pet per month. Pets must stay indoors except when leashed in the tenant’s yard.
